Privacy Policy

What We Collect
Nothing. There are no accounts, no forms and no mailing list. We do not ask for your name or email address and we hold no database of visitors. Every conversion is calculated in your own browser, and the figures you type never reach us.
What Is Stored On Your Device
The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember a few things between visits. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Your display preference
- Your recent conversions, for the history panel
- Your daily quiz results and streak
- Your cookie consent choice
None of this is used to track you, and none of it leaves your device.
Google Analytics, With Your Consent
One third-party service runs on this site, and only if you allow it. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you are willing to allow analytics. Nothing loads unless you say yes, and declining changes nothing about how the site works.
If you consent, Google Analytics records page views, time spent, approximate country, and device and browser type. It processes IP addresses, which under UK GDPR are personal data, though we have anonymisation enabled. We use it only to see which pages people find useful. We receive aggregated reports and cannot identify any individual visitor.
Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Advertising
This site currently carries no advertising and runs no advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any advertising is introduced, and you will be asked separately for your consent.
Changing Your Mind
Clearing your browser data for this site removes your stored consent along with everything else, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Because we hold no personal data ourselves, the rights of access, correction and erasure have nothing for us to act on. Where you have consented to analytics, those rights apply against Google, which processes that data. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
